THE PRESERVATIVE-FREE BBQ BEEF SAUSAGES are full of flavour and made with natural wholesome ingredients. They contain no preservatives, colouring agents or any junk.

Our beef sausages are made from five simple ingredients - grass fed free range beef, grass fed beef fat, organic buckwheat flour, salt and pepper.
Approx 1kg.
The flavour of the PRESERVATIVE-FREE BBQ BEEF SAUSAGES is created naturally by the grass fed beef and the beef fat, which renders down as you cook it. Expect that each bite will taste more 'beefy' than an ordinary store-bought sausage. The kids will love them!
Uncooked PRESERVATIVE-FREE BBQ BEEF SAUSAGES will last in the fridge about as long as uncooked mince, because they do not contain any additives to preserve their shelf-life. Cook soon after defrosting.
The lead time for this order will be 2-4 weeks. Upon payment we will schedule slaughtering and butchering, and dry-age your beef for a minimum of 14 days.
On occasion we have frozen PRESERVATIVE-FREE BBQ BEEF SAUSAGES available for collection at the farm. If you want to pick up a small order without the lead time please get in touch with us first to see what is in store.

FREE DELIVERY is available with orders over $150 to Ayr, Giru and Townsville. We will contact you when your beef has been scheduled with the butcher and arrange a delivery/collection date. If delivery dates are not suitable for you, please arrange collection from the farm.
Free collection is available on smaller orders from our Mount Low Collection Point and from the farm.
We cannot accept cancellations for this item.
All our beef products come from locally-raised, grass fed, rotation-grazed cattle, grown without antibiotics, drenches or hormonal growth promotants.
We do not have organic certification. Our farming management focuses on enhancing the soil, water and biodiversity of grasses, in addition to the removal of the use of harsh chemicals, which is the main goal of organic certification. We encourage you to arrange a visit to St Margaret's Creek and ensure that we meet your standards.
